See CONTACT page for options. I’ve been outside grounding, barefoot in the park. My favorite location has dense woods and a large grassy amphitheater so green and close-cropped that it’s now imaginatively imprinted as the passion project of a nearby golf course groundskeeper. The charming rustling of squirrels and the tangible energy I feel in the deepest part of the woodland path signal winter's coming. Yesterday, while sitting on the green slope between dappled shadows, I filled one of my socks with acorns that peppered the space like sprinkles on a cake. After filling my sock as a childlike impromptu exercise, I hatched my newest plan...to gather them frequently, then return them to the park on Christmas morning, or maybe in the coldest days of late January to honor the little ones waiting it out in the hollows and leaves. God, how I love Nature! It’s not just sunshine and the glory of flora but the energy these beautiful creations radiate. Yes, I’m a tree-hugger and barefoot grass-sitter. Sometimes, I just lean on the wooden railing of the footbridge and hold the leafy tips of branches with my fingers, while I tell them how beautiful they are and how much I adore them. Don’t you talk to your plants at home? On the bridge, I breathe deeply and feel the powerful energy fields. I know I am grounding through the touch of leaves, just as I believe walking barefoot benefits my physical, mental, and emotional health. Japanese culture promotes tree bathing, shinrin-yoku, as a popular form of preventive and restorative healthcare. You can easily find more about barefoot grass-walking and tree bathing online. I've read that some experts say our pets help remove the stress energy they absorb from us by running outside multiple times each day, grounding with direct foot contact on the grass and earth. All these activities move energy…change energy. I recently posted on my Facebook/Meta about an experiment with electrons that found particles behaved differently depending on whether the observer expected a certain result. Everything is energy. When one initially begins spiritual studies or energy work, typically, the first lesson is to ground oneself, with imagination, connecting the soles of the feet a ways into the soil and often making an imaginary connection from the base of one’s spine down to the center of the Earth. We’re making an energetic connection to something. Gaia in Greek mythology is the mother of all life, goddess of the Earth. I posit that Mother Nature, Gaia, or Mother Earth, is a live and powerful something. This is based on the widely studied suggested benefits of grounding; the extensive scientific studies of the energy fields of living things; the improved health and longevity stats of those living outside of cities; that stressed plants emit airborne sounds that can be recorded from a distance and classified; how plants signal warnings of danger like innate immune systems in metazoans (any multicellular animal of the group Metazoa, including all animals except sponges); and the observable or measurable effects of thought energy to change things--whether by the fundamental principle of the brain's neuroplasticity and neural pathways, meditation, the mind-body connection, or the intriguing ideas of Masaru Emoto. His experiments are covered in his book, “The Hidden Messages in Water.” That book is a thought-provoking read with lots of photos to illustrate his observed water crystal changes from the application of separate and focused strong positive or negative thoughts/vibrational energy. Trees and plants contain high percentages of water, with variations depending upon humidity, seasons, temperatures, and section studied, i.e., woody tissues (trunk) have about 50% or higher water content. The human body is comprised of 55% to 78% water depending upon age, muscle/fat ratios, and the categories of babies, women, and men, meaning that, in theory, positive or negative thought energy will affect our cells and health. Does everything have to be scientifically measurable on some current standards to be real? It's easy to imagine the cellular and emotional benefits of spoken encouragement or the health destruction of hateful words towards a child. (See my last blogs, Captains Courageous, and But, are You Sovereign? on creating personal, energetic boundaries to avoid targeted energy attacks from lower vibrational sources/people.) All of these studies and characteristics illustrate energy emitted or reactivity to energy applied in Nature. Our world. Her realm. (Sources: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1360138517301553; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37001499; https://www.usgs.gov/water-science-school/science/water-you-water-and-human-body ; https://encyclopedia.pub/entry/42180 water content of different plant parts ) I suggest that truth is often revealed in jest and that underlying truths can unconsciously form intellectual and creative developments. Our 1960s Mad Men revolutionized advertising from fact-listing to compelling copy, catchy images, and jingles that targeted consumer desires. In the 1970s, the scene changed again to reflect dramatic social and cultural changes, which often targeted the growing youth culture of the huge Baby Boomer demographic. A long-running and popular campaign of Chiffon Margarine in the ‘70s featured actor Dena Dietrich portraying Mother Nature who thought the product was butter after tasting. Upon finding out the truth, she angrily stormed, “It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature!” and rained down lightning and thunder…30 seconds of charming, scary, and exactly my point. (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dena_Dietrich; Chiffon Margarine commercials can be found online.) Enjoy your 2025 autumn! I'm looking forward to the love of gathered family at Thanksgiving. I wish you an abundance of health, creativity, peace, and love. Your conscious actions and how you react to everything on an energetic level, consciously and unconsciously, i.e., your emotions, your thoughts, and your nervous system, can make or break that manifestation. Understanding and healing your inner emotional wounds make this process better, softer, faster–and the healing effect of being in Nature's energy can be a surprising asset on your journey to wholeness, health, and sovereignty of self. You can strive to become a role model of wellness for your tribe and increase the life force and abundance in our world. You can. Aspire higher. Your growing authentic self-love makes a difference beyond your own field, and your energy is radiant. You are seen, and you are deeply loved. Regardless of my residential location, I have not had a post office box or mailing address in the Los Angeles region for more than 10 years, nor someone ever representing me formally or informally. I was asked to give some details. I have not lived in CA for years, have no CA driver's license or residence there, and no close or active/significant personal relationships in LA since 2012-ish. With the encouragement of a close friend (female business owner training medical professionals), I created Larimar J Communications to house my increasing freelance work while in San Diego before moving east. Any business correspondence going elsewhere than my contact information on this website will not reach me, and the resultant replies, supplied emails or phone numbers, business contracts, or creative work from "me" (or plagiarized/stolen) should be considered as fraudulent, as well as theft, and mail fraud. I do not currently have a YouTube Channel, podcast, dating profile pages, or other websites, stores, or services of any kind. If this changes, it will be announced on this website first...well, maybe not the dating page, lol. Yes, I am taking on new projects. With Gratitude, Thank you. Jeannette
