Happy Mother's Day 2025! I turn on my spotlight to illuminate all those of loving, nurturing hearts. I especially honor all the unsung kindness and countless private experiences these burnished warriors of love manifest, endure, relish, heal, teach, comfort, protect, and guide with hope in every kind of circumstance. 

With wry and knowing smiles, loving grandparents often watch from the background as a first grandchild alters their child's life.  New parenting seems to bring a mind-bending revelation--an unexpected deeper respect for their own parents' loving commitment to nurture and care; a spark of knowing that rises in the gut milliseconds before being named in the head; a transcendent gift dropped into the heart.  Clouded by a new world of joy, self-doubt, round-the-clock child care, and health concerns, that transformational awareness almost seems to circumvent the typical cycle of life lessons.  Love changes everything, and it is glorious.  Jeannette Bondurant©2025
